Tuning starts at 195 for the average piano. Pricing has to do with make. model. age. when the piano was last tuned.  Repairs are extra. Also if the piano is badly out of tune, or possibly an older instrument with maybe loose tuning pins or rusted strings, or other factors making it take longer, could run more than 200.
